As a student to be able to study with our Academy you have to meet our requirements.
Individuals (older 17) who cleared the below requirements may be enrolled at CSBA.
1. Individuals who graduated high school or possess certification equivalent to high school education.
There are cases in which enrollment is approved without the above requirement by having an interview with CSBA director or a representative.
2. Individuals at the age of 17 and older.
3. Submit an Application Form.
4. Submit a Medical Examination Report (dated within 6 months before enrollment) by a licensed doctor.
5. Sign after you fully understood and agreed to the School Policies and Regulations.
6. Provide one reference from your country.
Individuals (under 17) who cleared the below requirements may be enrolled at CSBA.
・ Interview with CSBA director or a representative.
・ The individual understands the School Policies.
・ The individual understands and agrees to the program purposes and goals.
・ Submit an essay and resume along with school report from junior high school and last school education.
・ The parent must provide correct information about the individual.
・ The director or the representative approves the above information.
Individuals under 17 may be enrolled at CSBA program every 1-year period. (For 2- year programs, the acceptance period will be 1 year each rather than the whole 2 years at once.) We will set a test period from May (enrollment) to July, and decide whether the individual would be accepted in the 1- year program. All tuition fees must be paid before the enrollment as the other students.
In case the student fails the test period, the student will be instructed to leave Canada within 2 weeks after the completion of the 1st term. Refunds are made according to our refund policy. We do not allow the student to remain in Canada after the dismissal. The student visa will be void.
If other problems exist, we will deal with the student according to the school policies.
Custodian Fee of $370.00 per month is required aside from tuition and accommodation fees. This is to give necessary guidance to the students under 17 years of age both inside and outside of school to prevent any problems from occurring
